Nagarjuna Agri Tech has informed that pursuant to Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Training) Regulations, 2025 as amended from time to time and as per the clarification given by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated 21.04.2025 and pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Training (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Designated/Connected Persons and relatives of Designated/Connected Persons as per the Code. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons as per the Company’s amended Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Training have been intimated not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period as per the Code.
