The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors; and 2. Such other matter(s) as may be considered necessary with the permission of the Chair. Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has remained closed from 1st July, 2026, and shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
