Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, ASK Automotive has informed that Rajender Dharna, President – Operations (ALPS) of the Company, has retired from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of June 30, 2026. Consequently, Rajender Dharna also ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure-1.
