Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Fiberweb (India) has informed that the appointment of Milind Ghelani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, which was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 14th May, 2026, has become effective from 01st July 2026. Accordingly, Milind Ghelani has assumed charge as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 1st July 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular bearing No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11 November 2024 is annexed as Annexure I. This intimation is being submitted to inform the Stock Exchange that the appointment has become effective from 1st July, 2026.
