Tirupati Industries India has received an approval for merger of Nova Oleochem with itself and has decided to constitute a committee consisting of any two Directors of the company to take appropriate steps for this purpose. The board of directors at its meeting held on November 13, 2013 has approved for the same.
The main object and activity of the company is to manufacture solvent extracted oils and toilet soaps. The extracted oils include soyabean oil, rice bran oil, sunflower oil, Kardi, groundnut oil, neem oil, coconut oil and other mineral oils such as mango, kokum sal, etc.
