Sunrise Efficient Marketing has informed that the Company acquired control over its subsidiary with effect from 01st October, 2025. Accordingly, in compliance with the applicable accounting standards, the consolidated financial statements have been prepared by consolidating the financial information of the subsidiary from the date control was obtained, 01st October, 2025 to 31st March, 2026. However, pursuant to the observation received from the Exchange that the column heading in the Consolidated Statement of Profit and Loss should reflect the period ended 31st March, 2026 instead of the period from 01st October, 2025 to 31st March, 2026, the Company has suitably revised only the heading of the Consolidated Statement of Profit and Loss. The company confirmed that: Only the heading of the Consolidated Statement of Profit and Loss has been revised in accordance with the observation of the Exchange; There is no change whatsoever in the figures, notes, disclosures, or any other part of the Consolidated Financial Results; The Standalone Financial Results submitted by the Company on 25th May, 2026 remain unchanged and are not being resubmitted; Accordingly, the company is submitting only the revised Consolidated Financial Results along with this letter.
