Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing of Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’), Artemis ADR Marketplace has informed that the Company has received approval from the BSE for change of name of the Company in their records from ‘Jetmall Spices and Masala’ to ‘Artemis ADR Marketplace’. As per their approval letter, the Name of the Company would be changed and effective in their master records with effect from July 09, 2026, as details enclosed.
