Pursuant to Regulation 34 (1) & 53(2) of Listing Regulations, Bhageria Industries has informed that it attached Notice convening the 37th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) and the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2025-26, which will be circulated to the Shareholders through electronic mode whose email IDs are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) and the Depositories. Further to Regulation 36 (1) (b) of the Listing Regulations, the company is also sending a letter to those shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the company/RTA/Depositories, providing them a web-link and QR code for accessing the Notice of the AGM and Integrated Annual Report.
