At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 13th July today, Sukanta Kumar Panigrahi, has been appointed as the Interim Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, to hold office till the time the regular CFO has been identified and taking charge, as such. Further, the detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 is enclosed as Annexure - I. Authorization of Key Managerial Persons for the purpose of determining materiality of events or information and making disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s). Pursuant to regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the following persons of the Company are authorised for the purpose of determining materiality of events or information and making disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s) with immediate effect.
