Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Menon Bearings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 16th July, 2026, considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, it enclosed the followings as ‘Annexure I’: a) Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, and b) Limited Review Reports on the said results received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company; Declared interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27 of Rs 2.00 per Equity Share (i.e. 200% of face value) having face value of Re 1 each. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors decided Wednesday, 22nd July, 2026 as ‘Record Date’ for determining the eligible shareholders who will be entitled for payment of the said interim dividend. The said interim dividend will be credited/ dispatched to the shareholders from Monday 27th July, 2026 to Tuesday 4th August, 2026.
