Aditya Spinners has informed that pursuant to section 91, 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 11th August, 2026 to 17th August, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 34th Annual General meeting of the Company. The record date for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility to attend and/or vote at the AGM is 10th August, 2026.
