In terms of Regulation 29 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Amarjothi Spinning Mills informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is convened to be held on Monday, the 27th July 2026 at 09.30 AM to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, to consider and approve the board’s report and any other matters with the consent of the Board. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by Company Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the Company's Shares was closed for all specified persons of the Company on and from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. Accordingly, the Trading window of the Company shall be opened after the conclusion of 48hours from the declaration of results on 27th July 2026. As required under the Regulations 46 the Notice of Board Meeting is being posted on the Company's website.
