Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, August 08, 2026, to Friday, August 14, 2026 (both days inclusive), for the purposes of the AGM and payment of Final Dividend.
