Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Spice Islands Industries has submitted the enclosed copies of the Corrigendum to the Newspaper Advertisement published in The Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi), Mumbai Edition, in connection with the Notice of the 38th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company. The Corrigendum has been issued to rectify an inadvertent typographical/publishing error wherein the name of the Company was incorrectly mentioned in one portion of the newspaper advertisement as ‘Spice Islands Apparels’ instead of the correct name ‘Spice Islands Industrie’. All other contents of the aforesaid newspaper advertisement, including the date and time of the 38th AGM, Record Date, Remote E-voting schedule and other particulars, remain unchanged.
