Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Rajesh Power Services has informed that the Company has received order from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company (PGVCL) for Turnkey based contract for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11 kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) with its accessories and allied items in 11KV feeder under Jamnagar Circle of PGVCL under System Improvement (SI) Scheme. The aforesaid order has been received in the normal course of business. In accordance with the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI MASTER CIRCULAR no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, the details of the said orders are enclosed as Annexure A.
