The AGM Notice is being sent through electronic mode to the Members, who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Company/Depositories. The aforesaid notice is also placed on the website of the company at https://www.nantatech.com/investors /financial. Pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has sent a letter providing a weblink of the Annual Report 2025-26 to those Members who have not registered their e-mail addresses with the Company/Depositories.
