The Notice convening the AGM together with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 will be filed with the Stock Exchanges and circulated to the Members in due course in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
