About HB Estate Developers Ltd

HB Estate Developers was initially incorporated on September 20, 1994 under the name of HB Housing & Development Corporation with the main object of development of commercial and residential complexes. The name of the company was subsequently changed on  January 23, 1996 to HB Estate Developers.

Pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Delhi High Court the Real Estate Division of HB Stockholdings Limited (formerly HB Portfolio Leasing Limited) was transferred to and vested in the Company.

Using non-public information to trade in securities of the company, or providing a family member, friend or any other person with a 'tip', is illegal. All non-public information should be considered inside information and should never be used for personal gain.

The Board of Directors of the company has already put in place a Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, copies of which have been circulated/distributed to all applicable employees, officers and directors. Accordingly all the Officers, employees and directors shall continue to adhere and follow the provisions of the said Code as amended by the Board from time to time.

Business area of the company:

The Company is primarily engaged in the development of commercial complexes. The Company is also planning to enter into development of residential complexes.
