With reference to the outcome of the Board Meeting submitted by the Company on 22nd July, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Emami Paper Mills has informed that due to an inadvertent clerical error, the commencement time of the Board Meeting was mentioned as 12:30 pm instead of 12:00 noon in the the aforementioned submission. Accordingly, the relevant sentence may be read as under: 'The aforementioned Board Meeting commenced at 12:00 noon and concluded at 12:40 pm'. All other contents of the aforementioned letter dated 22nd July, 2026 remain unchanged. It may also be noted that the commencement time of the Board Meeting was correctly mentioned as 12:00 noon in the XBRL filing submitted by the Company on 22nd July, 2026, pertaining to the outcome of the Board Meeting. This corrigendum is being issued solely to rectify the aforementioned inadvertent error.
