Vindhya Telelinks has informed that in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 7th February, 2026, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026. The said Financial Results shall be submitted for a Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further to notice dated 26th June, 2026, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Securities/Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed until 9th August, 2026 i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
