Mahindra Lifespace Developers has received approval for incorporation of a subsidiary as a public limited company under name Mahindra Sanctum Developers and/or such other name as may be applied by the company and made available by the Registrar of Companies. The company (including through its nominees) shall subscribe to 100% of paid-up share capital in proposed subsidiary.
The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on July 23, 2026, has approved the same.
