PTC Industries has secured development order from Gun Factory Kanpur (Ordnance Factory Kanpur, Unit of Advanced Weapons and Equipment India) for two major artillery gun components. The order involves engineering development, manufacturing and validation of high-integrity components designed to operate under severe load, shock, vibration and operational conditions. The order is to be executed within 9 months.
This latest development order reflects the growing confidence in the company's technical expertise, manufacturing discipline and ability to support advanced defence systems with high-integrity components. It also aligns with the Government of India's Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India vision by supporting indigenous development and manufacturing of critical defence platform components.
