Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July, 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 becomes generally available.
