Consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026; Further, in continuation of its letter dated 24th June, 2026 regarding closure of Trading Window, the company has re-iterated that in accordance with the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders’, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
