RattanIndia Power has informed that an aggregate of 209,75,98,310 equity shares of the Company constituting 88.65% of promoters shareholding in the Company, which had been placed under a Non Disposal Undertaking (NDU) by the promoters of the Company in favour of Vistra ITCL (India), acting as the Security Trustee for the benefit of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (Lender), as security for the working capital facility of Rs. 550 crore availed by the Company from the Lender, have been released from the NDU and are no longer subject to such restriction. Consequently, the entire shareholding of the promoters in the Company, comprising 236,61,03,603 equity shares, representing 44.06% of the Company's equity share capital, is now free from all encumbrances of any nature.
