Carnation Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the Corporate Office of the Company, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report thereon for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to transact any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, as already intimated to the Stock Exchanges vide our letter dated June 27, 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
