Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, EIH Associated Hotels has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 4th August 2026, to consider and approve, the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. Further, in continuation of its earlier intimation dated 29th June 2026, and in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed with effect from 1st July 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. Accordingly, the Trading Window shall reopen on 7th August 2026.
