Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ganon Products has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 3rd, 2026 to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company, along with Limited Review Report, for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2026 and to consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, in continuation to its letter regarding closure of Trading Window, the company has re-iterated that in accordance with the Company's ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall reopen 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
