PVR Inox rises on launching new 3-screen multiplex in Jabalpur

PVR Inox is currently trading at Rs. 1142.30, up by 11.35 points or 1.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 1130.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1129.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1,142.40 and Rs. 1129.90 respectively. So far 2034 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1249.00 on 30-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 900.05 on 02-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1163.00 and Rs. 1,072.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11121.64 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.53%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 53.80% and 18.67% respectively.

PVR Inox has launched its new 3-screen multiplex in Jabalpur. The opening marks another step in the company's expansion across emerging cities, bringing a world-class cinema experience to one of Madhya Pradesh's fastest-growing urban centres. The cinema opens with Marvel Studios' SpiderMan: Brand New Day, one of the year's biggest global cinematic events, giving audiences the opportunity to experience the film's scale, action and spectacle in a destination designed for premium moviegoing.

With this launch, PVR Inox now operates 10 cinemas with 55 screens across Madhya Pradesh and 42 cinemas with 204 screens across Central India, further strengthening its footprint across India's growth markets. Developed in partnership with Satya Prakash Group, the multiplex marks the company's second cinema in Jabalpur and spans around 19,430 sq. ft., reflecting PVR Inox's continued investment in bringing premium entertainment infrastructure to high-potential emerging cities.

With this launch, PVR INOX continues to accelerate its expansion across India's growth markets, strengthening its presence in Tier II cities and bringing premium cinema experiences to the country's next generation of moviegoers.
