In compliance with the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Narmada Gelatines has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at Jabalpur on Wednesday, the 12th day of August, 2026, to consider, approve & take on records the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, along with the Limited Review Reports of the auditors thereon and other businesses. As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘the code’), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Insiders (Directors / Employees / Other Connected persons) covered under the said code of the company till 48 hours after declaration/announcement of the financial results i.e. 14th August 2026.
