Further, in terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time-to-time, and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated regarding the closure of the Trading Window for all Designated/ Connected Persons and their immediate relatives for trading in the Company’s securities with effect from July 01, 2026, which shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of the said Un-audited Financial Results being made available publicly. The above information shall also be made available on the website of the Company at www.transchem.net.
