Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Transchem has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Further, in terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time-to-time, and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated regarding the closure of the Trading Window for all Designated/ Connected Persons and their immediate relatives for trading in the Company’s securities with effect from July 01, 2026, which shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of the said Un-audited Financial Results being made available publicly.
