Consequently, he ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from the end of the day on August 02, 2026. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record their sincere appreciation for the valuable guidance, support, and significant contributions made by Om Prakash Manchanda during his tenure with the Company.
