M & B Engineering has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 10th August, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026 and other matters. Further noted that as intimated to the Exchange vide Letter dated 25th June, 2026 the Trading Window of the Company shall continue to remain closed for designated persons till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026, in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
