Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations 2018, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company was closed for all directors, KMP’s Designated employees and their immediate relatives of the Company from 01stJuly 2026 and will open after the expiry of 48 hours from declaration of the said financial results i.e. 12 August 2026.
