The order is for Civil and Structural Work of proposed CyberCity Project for approximate construction area 6,28,420 Square feet located at Plot No. 5, Scheme No. 166, Medical Hub, Behind Infosys Campus, Super Corridor, Indore on Fixed Item Rate Contract Basis (M+L) with site hand over on August 3, 2026 (Commencement Date). The order includes construction period of 24 months and grace period of 3 months.
