L.T. Elevator touches roof on executing share purchase agreement to acquire DYPC Inc. in South Korea

L.T. Elevator is currently locked at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 305.40, up by 14.50 points or 4.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 290.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 305.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 305.40 and Rs. 305.40 respectively. So far 18400 shares were traded on the counter.

L.T. Elevator has executed a share purchase agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of DYPC Inc. (Dongyang PC Inc.), Seoul, South Korea - a globally recognised manufacturer of automated mechanical car parking systems with over two decades of operational history and deployments across the USA, UK, Mexico, Thailand, Iran, Uruguay, Egypt, Canada and other markets. 

This acquisition marks a significant step in the company’s strategic transition from a domestic elevator and car parking contractor into a global automated parking technology company.
