Kotyark Industries has received Letters of Intent (LOIs) for the supply of 1,287 KL of Biodiesel, from Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL), having total deliverable cost order of approximately Rs 11.93 crore, and 375 KL of Bio Diesel from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL), having total deliverable cost order of approximately Rs 3.48 crore. These orders are for the supply period from June 2026 to August 2026.
In the current tender cycle, the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) issued LOIs directly, without releasing a separate allotment sheet--similar to the process followed in the December 2025 & April 2025 tender. Accordingly, the company has received the LOIs and shall undertake further actions in accordance with the terms and conditions specified therein. The direct issuance of the LOIs has facilitated timely communication of the allocation and expedited the issuance of the corresponding Purchase Orders. This reflects the streamlined tender process adopted by the OMCs and supports the company's continued business association with them.
Accordingly, the company has received an aggregate of LOIs from BPCL and HPCL, aggregating to a total quantity of 1,662 KL with an aggregate total deliverable value of approximately Rs 15.41 crore.
Kotyark Industries is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of Bio Fuel which is an alternative source of energy and has the ability to replace and a good substitutes of traditional fossil fuels like coal, firewood, lignite, etc.
