Shayona Engineering has informed that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the name of the appointee was mentioned as ‘Mr. Hemendraa Patell’ instead of ‘Mr. Hemendra Patel’. Accordingly, we are enclosing herewith the Revised Outcome of the Board Meeting incorporating the aforesaid correction. There is no change in the decision of the Board or any other information/disclosure submitted earlier. The revision is limited only to the correction of the name of the appointee.
