Dwarikesh Sugar Industries is compelled not to commence its sugarcane crushing operations at its all Sugar units in the state of Uttar Pradesh at Dwarikesh Nagar, District Bijnor, Dwarikesh Puram, District Bijnor and Dwarikesh Dham, District Bareilly for the Sugar season 2013-14, pending fixation of viable sugarcane prices by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh. The Company has served requisite notices and representation has been made to the State Government to fix sugarcane prices on the lines of Rangarajan Committee’s recommendations.
