Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Autoline Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further, the trading window for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and other connected persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Policy on Insider Trading has already been closed effective from July 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
