Aegis Logistics, Aegis Vopak Terminals ink pact to develop propane storage facility at JNPA

Aegis Logistics and its subsidiary - Aegis Vopak Terminals (AVTL) - have executed a framework agreement. Under this agreement, the company will construct and develop an additional refrigerated double steel wall, full containment, insulated with suspended deck storage tank for propane with capacity of 51,998 MT tank and allied facilities at its terminal located at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) tank farm area. 

The company will receive the sum of Rs 142.50 crore from AVTL upon execution of framework agreement. Upon Completion of the Project, the Company will execute with AVTL the Asset Transfer Agreement separately.
