Aegis Logistics’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Sea Lord Containers (SCL) has executed framework agreement with Konkan Storage Systems (Kochi) (KCPL). Under this agreement, KCPL will engage SCL for the construction of storage tanks for liquid products with an aggregate storage capacity of 49,577 cbm, along with associated facilities, including truck loading bays for petroleum products, a tanker loading gantry and the installation of a carbon steel (CS) pipeline. SCL will receive the sum of Rs 37.17 crore from KCPL upon execution of framework agreement.
KCPL is wholly owned subsidiary of Aegis Vopak Terminals, a subsidiary of the company.
