Shetron has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th August, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2026. Further, as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been kept closed from 1st July, 2026 and shall remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results on 14th August, 2026. This closure is applicable to the Company’s Directors, Officers, Designated Employees, and other Connected Persons.
