Further, the company has informed that, Prafulla Shirgaokar (DIN: 00151114) Non-Executive Director, has given his resignation as a Director of the company effecting from the closing the business hours on 11th August 2026 and ceased to be the Non-Executive Director of the Company thereafter. Further, the Board considering his vast experience has appointed him as Chairman Emeritus of the company with effect from 12th August 2026. Further, the committees are duly reconstituted. The requisite disclosure as required as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with clause 7 of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-A.
