Jai Corp has informed that in reference to the intimations dated 23rd July 2026 and 30th July 2026 regarding the stoppage and partial re-start respectively of operations of one of the Company's plastic processing Units located at Vasona. That Unit has fully restarted its operations from 07:00 am (IST) today, 11th August 2026. At this juncture, the company is unable to quantify the impact of the disruption. Further, the details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is given as ‘Annexure- A’ attached to this letter.
