KPI Green Energy has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, approved the following: Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Pursuant to Regulation 33 and 52 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they are enclosed the following: a Statement showing the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026; Appointment of MSKC & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, (Firm registration no. 001595S/S000168), a member firm of BDO International, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of 18th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) till the conclusion of 23rd AGM of the Company (to be held in the year 2031), subject to approval of the members in the ensuing AGM of the Company.
