Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), B.R.Goyal Infrastructure has informed that the Company has received a work order from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the engagement of user fee agency through e-Tender for Husnapur Toll Plaza in the state of Maharashtra. The accepted value of the said work order is Rs 39,00,22,575.
