Juniper Hotels’ wholly owned subsidiary--Juniper Hospitality Assets (JHAPL) has executed a License Deed with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on August 12, 2026 for developing a 5-Star Luxury Hotel at Sector 23, Dwarka, in close proximity to Yashobhoomi, India International Convention and Expo Centre and Delhi International Airport. The project covers 2.524 acres land parcel.
The Annual License Fees (ALF) shall not be payable by JHAPL during the first 42 months of the construction period. The ALF for the 4th year shall commence at Rs 16.11 crore and shall be payable in four quarterly installments. From the 4th year to the 13th year - the ALF shall increase by 5% annually. From the 14th year up to the 55th year, the ALF shall increase by 7% annually.
Juniper Hotels constructs, builds, erects, acquires, purchases, establishes, administrates, manages, runs, or in any manner and in all respects deal in hotels and lodging houses of every kind and description, including all conveniences, amenities and facilities relating or adjunct thereto.
