Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Uravi Defence and Technology has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on August 13,2026 has approved the appointment of Viren Gandhi & Co, (Chartered Accountants), (Firm’s Registration No. 111558W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from September 30,2026 to hold office for a term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the ensuing 22nd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. The details as required in terms of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular dated January 31,2026 are enclosed as ‘Annexure – A’.
