In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘Listing Regulations’), Lloyds Engineering Works has informed that the Company has entered into loan agreement(s) with Tata Capital (‘Lender’) foravailing financial assistance amounting to Rs. 200 Crore towards the proposed acquisition of equity shares of Steel Infra Solutions Company (‘SISCOL’). Further, the details of loan agreement as required under the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January2026 are enclosed as ‘Annexure A.’ The same is also available on the Company’s website at www.lloydsengg.in.
